Lights. Camera. Chaos. Christmas.

Anu Fashoranti only wanted to save her career, not return to the city of her worst memories. But when she’s forced to oversee her network’s first Christmas blockbuster in Ibadan, chaos follows: clashing egos, production disasters, and a leading man who makes trouble feel dangerously tempting.

Tai Smith was supposed to be a comeback story, not a complication. One night of forbidden heat threatens to unravel Anu’s carefully guarded rules, just as family obligations, old wounds, and the unrelenting mess of Nollywood close in.

With Christmas looming and the cameras rolling, Anu must keep the film and her heart from going off script. Because in Nollywood, the drama never stays on screen… and sometimes love is the biggest plot twist of all.

Sexy, sharp, and sparkling with Nollywood flair, A Nollywood Christmas is a festive romance about ambition, redemption, and the messy magic of second chances.

Tomilola Coco Adeyemo

Tomilola Coco Adeyemo grew up in Ibadan. She attended the Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Dramatic Arts and the sheer audacity to pursue writing as a career. She found early success in Nollywood with credits on hit TV shows, documentaries and Nigeria’s first feature-length animation. Tomilola lives in Lagos Nigeria and her interests include but are not limited to old music, sitcoms, coffee, amala & ewedu and all things romance. A Very Gidi Christmas is her debut novel.

“In this spectacular narrative, Tomilola Coco Adeyemo, paints characters who are gripping manifestations of love, loss, perseverance and redemption. With A Nollywood Christmas, Adeyemo makes a fearless statement, solidifying her intent in the contemporary scene of romance fiction, that she is a voice that must be listened to.”

—Ever Obi, author of Men Don’t Die

“A charming fusion of festive magic, sharp wit, and swoony Nollywood romance.”

—Adesuwa O’Man Nwokedi, author of No Perfect Love

“Tomilola Coco Adeyemo writes with emotional precision and cultural depth that stays with you long after the final page. Beneath the rubble of trauma, mistakes, regrets, and passion, Anu and Tai discover that love—messy, redemptive, and real—is worth fighting for. Tomilola’s crisp, unflinching prose reminds me of Lagos itself: bold, chaotic, and impossible to ignore. You don’t just read this story—you’re swept into it, eager to see where the adventure leads as you find yourself invested in finding out how the characters redeem themselves.”

—Ola Awonubi, author of The Marriage Monitoring Aunties Association
