Olukorede S. Yishau is a Nigerian creative writer and multiple award-winning journalist. He is a 2012 beneficiary of the Department of State’s International Visitor Leadership Programme, and a 2021 graduate of the University of Iowa African cohort writing programme. His first novel, In The Name of Our Father, was in 2021 nominated for Africa’s largest literary prize, the Nigeria Prize for Literature. His second novel, After The End, is receiving critical attention. Black Market is his third novel and fifth book. Yishau lives in Texas, where he writes for The Nation.
